The apartment was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The staff made sure the room assigned to us was to our liking. The kitchen was well-equipped even for a month-long stay. There were enough utensils, cups and such for use. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly once a week, and the towels were changed daily if required. The room was spacious and very bright and airy. The beds were comfortable. There were bed linens for a third person underneath the sofa- bed. This was helpful when a friend visited us over a weekend. The bathroom was clean. I liked the fact that they had complimentary water upon checkin, which I found was rare in Germany. If you need parking for a couple of days, they arrange that as well. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The apart-hotel building is right next to a very busy railway line. The room is acoustically very well insulated. But, if you like to leave windows open for breeze, or if you are disturbed by noise, this is not the right place for you. I had no trouble sleeping, but my wife was fed up with the noise. The shower stall was on a platform a good 2 feet above the bathroom floor, so it could be a dangerous situation stepping down after a shower. The tv was small, but that was not a big deal for us at all.

The location is excellent just few minutes walking to kurfestedam street

The wireless connection was poor and the rail way nearby was too noisy

The apartment was spacious and next to the "high Street" of Berlin with many good shopping areas around.

There are few things I should have known before making the reservation. One, this hotel is next to the main railway line and there is a train every 5 minutes. The windows are double glazed but still its very noisy. Two, There is a paid parking underground but its inconvenient to get it because there is not remote control or code. You need to go in first, go to the basement, open from inside and then get the car in.

Location is not bad. Bakery across the street and proximity to Kudamm great. Bathroom was large and clean.

The first staff - a blonde russian woman - was rather arrogant and unfriendly. No need to go in the details but she pretty much told us to take a room that wreaked cigarette smoke and looked nothing like the pictures on the website or to go somewhere else. To be fair, the other staff were actually nice. No a/c, overwhelming cigarette smell I mentionned, a guest screaming out her window two nights in a row and proximity to a train track (at our window level) made our experience there, hum... So so.

The size of the room was big to fit 4 of us with 5 luggages. The room came with sofa bed which is nice to sleep on. Attached bathroom with liquid soap&shampoo provided. The location is nice, very near to kurfurstendam street, a few minutes walk to supermarket and train station. Has controllable heater in your room so you wouldn't feel cold during winter. Will definitely come back again if we were to Berlin again.

The size of shower space is quite small, even for Asian people like me.

I liked how well equipped the apartments were. We had everything we needed. Our kitchen was nice. The setup was good. Location is only a 3-5 minute walk to the U-bahn station.

It clearly says on the hotel website that internet is available throughout the entire hotel. Well, it didn't work in our entire apartment. Sitting outside the apartment on the stairs at midnight finding train routes/connections for the next day's travel was not my idea of vacation. I should have been able to do that in bed.

Location was excellent, close to Public transit (maybe to close as the S-Bahn is right next to the hotel, but not too bad...you get used to it very quickly). Good place to stay on a budget.

Room comfort and cleanliness was average, the room had a smell of stale smoke which was unpleasant.

Apartment is very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. The apartment layout was perfect for our family of five (three teenagers).. .

The trains are even louder than suggested by previous guests. Its a shame becuase otherwise this is a great place to stay in Berlin. Light sleepers and people who want to spend tdime in their accommodations during the day (dinner for example) would have a hard time here. The trains stop between 1 and 4, so there is not much time to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

We were in this hotel with two children ( 5 and 1 year old ) , The room was really clean and large and the staff were really kind and polite ( especially a young Russian man ). The location is very good for shopping. There are many grocery store near by the Hotel. In 300 meters there is neto ( 7:00 - 22:00 ). sub way (u1) is in 100 meters and you can take it for 3 stations to "Wittenbergplatz station " and you can go every place that you want to go. If you have a car you can park it in parking of hotel for 8 Euro per day and you have a remote control for opening the door of the parking.There is a another parking in 450 meters for 3 Euro Per day. There is a elevator from parking and it is very important for you if you have a big luggage or children.

Finding the parking at first is hard. Near by the hotel, there is a casino and you may think that the entrance for parking is share between hotel's parking and casino's parking. For knowing, just the way of parking of hotel is the left hand. Hotel is very close to rail way and every 10 minute comes a train and it is a little bit noisy. If you have small child , please pay attention to it . Parking is a little dark.

Great location near the Ku'damm, one of the most famous avenues in Berlin. Excellent for touring the city. We were 4 adults but the 3-room apartment can sleep up to 6 people. If you are a smoker its possible to smoke in the two balconies. There is a full kitchen but we didn't use it.

The Vega is very close to the railway and the trains pass all the time so its noisy until after midnight. We stayed at the fifth floor but it was still loud. However since we were so tired of walking the city it wasn't a big issue. Also there was a one-time 45 EU cleaning charge - Don't go there if you plan to stay just one night! There is no breakfast at the Vega so either you cook or go out...

The room was very clean and comfortable -- extremely nice and roomy for a budget-priced hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. There is an elevator. Close to shops and restaurants. Excellent value for the price.

Other than basic tourist info, the hotel does not offer any services (such as food). The entrance to the hotel is small and easy to miss and not very appealing. I would not have gone in had I not booked on-line. The hotel itself is upstairs, one level above the street, and is so much nicer than one would imagine from the entrance. It is close to a railway bridge and the noise from the trains might bother some people. There are small balconies, which is nice except that 2 rooms share one balcony, so for security you must be sure to leave the balcony doors closed when out.

Easy access to S-Bahn, central location to Kudamm and many, many very good restaurants, all within walking distance.

With no air-condition (windows had to be kept open) too noisy from road and S-Bahn. Very annoying and continuing noise from shower/toilet suction- pump in bathroom, could not really be mended during stay. Stuffy odor from mold in bathroom. Despite recommendation as of below, if I would come back, then not in room 502 again!

1) Best Price/Quality ratio. 2) Very good location for shopping near Kurfurstendamm and U-Bahn (metro) station Uhlandstrasse, good accessibility from Tigel airport by bus #109 (EUR 2.3) or by taxy (appr. EUR 17). 3) Friendly russian-speaking personel.
